Founded in 1875, Saint Francis Medical Center serves more than 450,000 people throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas. The award-winning hospital has grown from treating 12 patients in a rented two-story house to a 254-bed facility recognized for its leadership in cardiovascular medicine, emergency and trauma care, cancer treatment, neuroscience and neonatal care. The Medical Center has become a progressive, innovate regional tertiary care referral center that has doubled in size the past five years.
